Event Spaces & Ceremony Sites

The Pavilion

Boasting 22,000 square feet of space, the Coyote Hills Clubhouse is nestled among rolling greens, waterfalls, and even gorgeous, practically pristine streams. Guests can also retire to the nearby pavilion, which offers views of the surrounding hills and greens. Furthermore, you can host other events at the Clubhouse—such as birthdays and business meetings—and it’s a wonderful place to meet up with friends after a round of golf.

Vista Falls Pointe Ballroom

This 3,000 sq. ft. banquet room, which can accommodate an event of up to 300 guests, features views of the golf course, as well as the surrounding countryside. The space also features plenty of natural light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows and beautiful double doors that open onto a gorgeous terrace. Guests can relax on the terrace, enjoying appetizers and cocktails, while looking out over our illuminated waterfalls and rolling greens.

Ceremony Site

Exchange vows with the love of your life at our beautiful outdoor ceremony site. Featuring an outdoor pitched arch wrapped up in wisteria, as well as a fountain, elevated alter, and adjacent cascading waterfall, you’ll find this particular site is truly romantic, making it perfect for your special day.

Vista Pointe Ballroom

The smaller of the two separate spaces encapsulating the The Vista Falls Ballroom can fit from 10 to 80 guests, and has access to the wrap-around patio, with a scenic view of the beautiful waterfall from the terrace.

We were lucky to tour Coyote Hills at their wedding show and instantly fell in love with the space.
