Ventura County Wedding Venues at the Wood Ranch Golf Club
Ventura County has many gorgeous wedding venues that provide the area’s engaged couples with a multitude of locations that fit nearly any dream wedding. If your vision of your perfect day includes sweeping green views, stunning landscaping on rolling hills, and luxurious interiors from ballroom to hallway, Wood Ranch Golf Club — a staple of Ventura County and one of the area’s most desired wedding destinations — is the venue you’ve been dreaming of. Our garden gazebo is a truly charming locale for your outdoor wedding ceremony. Your guests will take in memorable views that overlook a shimmering lake and dramatic waterfall—all while comfortably shaded from the afternoon sun by a grove of towering mature trees around the venue’s grounds.
The clubhouse is beautifully-appointed with skylights and warm, mahogany accents. Its spacious Ballroom accommodates up to 250 guests and features dramatic vaulted ceilings. Twentyfoot-high, floor-to-ceiling windows provide spectacular views of rolling greens, sparkling lakes, and the nearby Conejo Mountains and an adjacent foyer is ideal for warm, relaxing cocktail receptions with a fireplace adding a classic, cozy ambiance. More intimate gatherings can be held in our elegant Lakeview Room, which opens onto a patio and overlooks the gazebo ceremony site and the golf course lake. When planning your wedding in the Ventura County area, be sure to contact our expert event staff about how our venue can complement your vision. We look forward to talking.

Jonay HritzEvent Sales Director(805) 527-9663, ext. 207Some of my earliest memories involve event planning, as my mother planned themed parties long before it was popular. As a result, I came to believe that parties are tied to feelings of joy and happiness. I have spent my career involved in the event industry in a variety of avenues here in the Los Angeles area. I have over 15 years of experience at country clubs, high end celebrity weddings and the nonprofit sector. I am excited to be a part of the Wood Ranch family. I enjoy all the aspects of planning an event, from detailed timelines to linen color and especially cake tastings!Fun Facts
