    Nicole has over 6 years of experience in event planning. In 2009, Nicole and her husband decided to make a life-changing move, and headed down South to a small beach town on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. While living there, she owned and operated a successful wedding planning business through which she gained valuable experience executing events, both small and large. Nicole's calm demeanor, attention to detail, and confident communication skills make her a natural event planner, and an asset for any soon-to-be bride. She has a knack for wading through the easily overwhelming laundry list of details that come with planning the perfect wedding. Nicole strives to create magically memorable experiences for all her clients, and is always honored to be part of their special day.

Event Spaces & Ceremony Sites

With its lovely décor, an abundance of windows, and a perfectly spacious dance floor, the Ballroom is an ideal setting for weddings and large-scale events. The space can accommodate up to 200 guests, and you’ll find that the room’s muted color palette pairs wonderfully with a wide range of style choices and tastes.
Featuring stunning décor and plenty of natural light, the Grill on the Green is an excellent venue for rehearsal dinners, business meetings and other events—audio-visual equipment is also available for use, and we can provide theater-style seating for up to 40 guests.
Planning a more intimate affair? Book our Pub on the Green meeting room, which is ideal for rehearsal dinners, anniversary parties, and business meetings.
