Meet Our Team

  • Jayde Hall
    Food & Beverage Director
    Jayde began her career with American Golf in 2012 at Persimmon Country Club, in Gresham, Oregon, as the Food and Beverage Director, taking the restaurants under her wing. She took on the Private Event Director roll at Persimmon Country Club in 2013. Jayde was born, raised and attended high school in Vancouver, Washington. She started her food and beverage career on day one at 15 years old, and has progressed ever since. She worked her way from Hostess at local restaurants, then to server, then to bartender, and finally, to management. She worked with Pacific Coast Restaurants for 6 years, then moved to The Resort at the Mountain, a Coastal Hotels property, and began her career in the Hotel & Event Industry, working as the Manager of Restaurant Operations after their $17 Million renovation. Jayde left The Resort at the Mountain to Pursue the Food and Beverage Director position that had opened up within Coastal Hotels, at Hotel Fifty in Downtown Portland, Oregon. After being with Coastal Hotels for 7 years, Jayde wanted to be back in the Golf Club Atmosphere and persued the Food & Beverage Director position at Persimmon Country Club and has been here ever since. She wanted to venture in to the wedding and event planning business, so when the position of Private Event Director openend up at Persimmon Country Club, she went for it and has been enjoying the property and membership as the Food & Beverage / Private Event Director for 4 years now. Jayde has successfully developed business and personal relationships with clients, vendors and members, and has been a part of the planning and execution of membership events as well around the clubhouse. Jayde and her Husband have a three year old, Liam, and black lab, Duke. Outside of work she enjoys time with her family, golfing, hiking, camping and snowboarding. The Pacific NW is definately her home and community and she is looking forward to growing the team at Persimmon Country Club!

Event Spaces & Ceremony Sites

The Atrium provides the perfect setting for any occasion. With 30” vaulted ceilings framed with wood beams and wrap around windows, this space provides a breathing view of Mt. Hood that is perfect to showcase this expansive space.
Over 4,900 sq. ft. of event space that can accommodate up to 300 guests for a sit-down meal. Featuring a multiple breakout room option perfect for small business meetings to large corporate function, you have the ability to create the size of space that works best for you.
The Columbia Gorge Room, located next to the Adams Room and the main Hall, accommodates up to 90 people for a sit-down meal and overlooks our first fairway. The room is equipped with a large dropdown screen ideal for video presentations and wedding slideshows.
The adjoining Adams Room also accommodates up to 90 people for a sit-down meal and overlooks our first fairway. With a dropdown video screen, the Adams Room is perfect for business meetings, awards ceremonies, and conference breakout sessions.
The Mt. Hood Room accommodates up to 40 for a sit-down meal and overlooks our first fairway. It's ideal for small gatherings and has direct access to our upper patio, which allows guests the opportunity to momentarily step away from your event to take in the breathtaking views of Mt. Hood.
Our main outdoor event space, ideal for a wedding ceremony or cocktail reception, the Lower Terrace overlooks our picturesque golf course and offers spectacular views of Mt. Hood and the Cascades.
Located in the main clubhouse, the Mountain View Boardroom and has seatings for 8 guests. The windows afford your colleagues a direct view of Mt. Hood and our beautiful 18-hole golf course.
The Mt. St. Helens Room is another option for an intimate private event or reception, with room to accommodate up to 40 seated guests. Perfect for smaller awards ceremonies, birthday parties, or bridal showers, the Mt. St. Helens Room offers guests unobstructed views of Persimmon's first fairway.
